These were taken at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. The White Pelican, a local species, is an univited guest. It has the advantage of not having its wings clipped like the resident Pink-backed Pelicans from Africa. As a consequence, the White is often successful in stealing the Pink's dinner despite the efforts of the keepers to toss the fish within easy reach for the Pinks. When White Pelican intruders are present, feeding time is quite a melee and fun to watch (and to photograph).
Egrets (also uninvited guests) join the fray and occasionally grab a fish. There's an example of that on the Egrets page.
